How do I sign into the app to personalize it, so it shows my serving and groups?

There are two places to sign into the Grace Fishers app. One happens when you open the app for the first time. This sign in personalizes your dashboard. The other connects you to your serving and groups. To sign in and connect your serving and groups, navigate away from your dashboard to any other page within the app and click the profile icon in the top right-hand corner, then click "Sign in to edit your profile". Follow the instructions to complete the process. Your serving and groups will typically appear immediately, however, there may be times when the system has trouble matching you to your account, which may cause a delay, but your account should be ready in 24-48 hours.

How do I customize my notifications?

To customize your notifications, click on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner located on any page within the app, except your dashboard. Make sure you are signed into the app. On the profile page, click the icon that looks like a stack of squares under "My Giving". Click on the categories that apply to you to highlight them. If you have notifications for the Grace Fishers app turned on in your mobile device settings, you'll now get notifications on the topics you've selected.

What if I'm still having issues?

If you are having issues, please try signing out of the app and back in to see if this fixes the problem. It's also important that each device signed into the app uses a unique mobile phone number. If your spouse or child is signed into the app with your mobile phone number, this can cause issues. Simply sign your family member out and sign them back in using their own personal mobile phone number.
