To sign in and connect your serving and groups, click the profile icon in the top right-hand corner, then click "Sign in to edit your profile". Follow the instructions to complete the process. Your serving and groups will typically appear immediately, however, there may be times when the system has trouble matching you to your account, which may cause a delay, but your account should be ready in 24-48 hours.

If you are having issues, please try signing out of the app and back in to see if this fixes the problem. It's also important that each device signed into the app uses a unique mobile phone number and email address. If your spouse or child is signed into the app with your mobile phone number or email address, this can cause issues. Simply sign your family member out and sign them back in using their own personal mobile phone number or email address.

Our app is created through PushPay (PushPay Privacy Policy). To delete your mobile account, open the Grace Fishers Mobile app and click the avatar/profile icon in the top righthand corner. Next choose the gear in the top righthand corner and scroll down to "Delete Profile" located at the bottom.

Your mobile profile will be deleted immediately. By deleting your profile, you will lose profile-related information including, but not limited to: your saved preferences, bookmarks, sermon notes, access to serving and groups, and giving history.

Deleting your mobile profile will not delete your personal information with Grace Fishers, which is used to issue yearly giving statements, check you and your family into events and services, and send you relevant news and updates. You may request the certain personal information be removed from our database by contacting info@gracefishers.church. For more information, please read our privacy policy.
