Planning
- work with NextGen Pastor to create and shape vision for these age groups
- develop student ministry plan and philosophy
Administrative
- manage resources including budget and calendar
- manage Planning Center and CCB for Grace Fishers Students
- compose and edit various communication pieces
- manage and update the Parent Cue app for Grace Fishers Students
Programming
- create & implement programming week to week (curriculum, fun, small group time)
- lead the teaching team for middle school and high school
- design, schedule, and organize student events and retreats
Shepherding & Development
- recruit, train and schedule volunteers (small group leaders, teachers, coaches, student leaders)
- provide leadership, encouragement, resources, and shepherding to all volunteers
- follow up with students through our retention and welcome processes
Work Schedule: Sunday – Thursday
