Responsibilities

Oversee Daily Programming

• Assist classroom teachers with procuring resources.
• Assist with managing classes and students in CCB.
• Respond to calls for assistance in the classroom.
• Assume classroom duties for teacher absences when necessary.
• Aid in caring for sick children and contacting parents/guardians.
• Manage staff schedules, time off requests and substitute placements.
• Assist with payroll when necessary.
• Assist with tracking and recording preschool tuition payments.
• Conduct tours with prospective families.
• Assist in planning and executing all staff and preschool events.
• Help with organization of preschool supplies, equipment, and toys.
• Assist the Associate Pastor of Preschool with daily needs of the preschool.
• Assist with the registration process.
• Manage heath and enrollment forms required for each student.
• Assume the duties of the Associate Pastor when not present.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Thursday (20-hour position)
• August through May (3 weeks before preschool begins to one week after preschool ends)
• Summer hours – conduct tours and manage communications when the Associate Pastor of Preschool is not present.

Requirements

• Must be CPR Certified
