Planning
- Work with the Associate Pastor of Students to create and shape the vision for these age groups
- Provide input and feedback on ministry planning to the Associate Pastor of Students
Administrative
- Manage database processes and content for Students
- Complete all necessary communications request forms for Students
Programming
- Participate in programming planning and execution to the level agreed upon with the Associate Pastor of Students
- Perform the administrative and logistical responsibilities for events and retreats, including but not limited to creating registration forms, reserving facilities, and
scheduling transportation
Shepherding & Development
- Assist with recruitment and training of volunteers as needed
- Provide leadership, encouragement, and shepherding to female volunteers and students
- Follow up with students through retention and welcome processes
- Provide resources, support, and care to volunteers and students during Student Ministries programming
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Relational warmth and an ability to encourage others
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and disciple young women
- Comfortable with digital tools (e.g., Church Communication Builder, Microsoft Suite, basic forms)
- Committed follower of Jesus with a heart for supporting student ministry
- Experience working in youth ministry or event planning is a plus
Schedule
- Sundays (8:00 am–12:00 pm, 4:30–8:30 pm)
- 1–2 weekdays (flexible based on ministry rhythm)
- 20 hours per week
