Lead and Manage Preschool Operations
- Create and cast vision for the Preschool
- Develop and execute Grace Fishers Preschool ministry plan and philosophy
- Create and manage resources including oversight of budget, calendar, and policies
- Manage monthly tuition payments
- Procure equipment and supplies
- Define and manage registration policies of admission, attendance, and tuition through Brightwheel
- Manage the preschool' Brightwheel account
- Update webpage as needed
- Lead Grace Fishers Preschool Staff including hiring, coaching, training, shepherding, appreciation, and performance management
- Provide tours to potential new families interested in preschool
- Manage entire registration process including sending registration confirmations, setting up Brightwheel accounts, sending forms to families, entering billing plans, etc...
- Plan and execute the annual Parent Meeting and Meet the Teacher Night
Oversee Daily Programming
- Oversee and evaluate program development and lesson plans for all classes
- Regularly evaluate outcomes of programs and ministry plans
- Champion a secure and welcome environment for children and families
- Consistently engage with parents, families, and volunteers through emails, texts, Brightwheel, and in-person meetings when necessary
- Coordinate preschool and family events throughout the school year
- Continually evaluate and implement preschool safety procedures
- Enter Gusto hours for payroll
- Create daily and yearly schedules (music, recess, chapel, special school visitors)
- Communicate with staff and families on preschool events and information through Brightwheel
Coordinate with Kids Ministry
- Regularly meet and evaluate facilities, room usage, and supplies with Associate Pastor – Kids
- Provide end-of-the-month deposit statements from Brightwheel for bank reconciliation purposes to accounting
Work Schedule
Monday – Thursday
Compensation
- $25-$29 per hour
- 30 hours per week during the school year, abbreviated hours in summer
Qualifications
- Experience in administration at a preschool
- Experience teaching in preschool
- Experience leading a team
- Early Childhood or Elementary degree or certification
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
