Media & Photography Policy

Last Updated: May 14, 2026

At Grace Fishers Church, we use photography, video, and live streaming to share our community, document our ministry, and tell the story of what God is doing in and through our church. This policy explains how we use media, where it may appear, and how you can opt out of general photography and video.

1. Photography and Video at Grace Fishers

By entering Grace Fishers Church facilities, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may take place. This includes but is not limited to:

Photos and video may be taken by Grace Fishers staff, approved volunteer photographers, and videographers.

2. How We Use Photos and Video

Media captured at Grace Fishers may be used in the following ways:

Grace Fishers does not sell photos or video to stock photo sites or third-party commercial entities. Photos are stored securely on SmugMug and are accessible only to authorized Grace Fishers staff.

3. Live Streaming

Grace Fishers live streams services each week. Replays are also made available on demand on our website and YouTube channel after the service concludes.

Please be aware that if you participate in any on-stage activity — including but not limited to worship, games, baptisms, family dedications, commissioning services, or speaking — you will be visible on the live stream. Signage is posted at the entrance to the worship space as a reminder. Participation in on-stage activities constitutes consent to being recorded and streamed, and the general photography and video opt-out does not apply to on-stage participation.

4. Security Cameras

Grace Fishers has security cameras throughout our facilities for the safety of our community. Security cameras are not located in bathrooms, changing rooms, or other private areas. Camera feeds are not actively monitored during normal operations and recordings are only reviewed in the event of an incident or safety concern.

5. Preschool Photography

Photography of Grace Fishers Preschool students is handled separately from general church media. Preschool photos are password protected and accessible only to parents of enrolled students and authorized preschool staff. Preschool photos featuring children's faces are not included in general church social media, website content, or publications without separate parental consent.

6. How to Opt Out
