Responsibilities:

Cleaning in all gathering spaces including vacuuming, dusting, surface cleaning, and stain removal
Cleaning restrooms including toilets, urinals, sinks, partitions, dispensers, and floors
Removal of trash and recycling
Setup and tear down in all gathering spaces including chairs, tables, and other loose furniture pieces
Availability to assist with deliveries and on-site vendor support
Help with laundry, carpet cleaning, and other custodial support as needed

Perform routine grounds maintenance, including lawn care, landscaping, and general aesthetic care
Water the flowers in front of the building 3-4x a week during spring, summer, and fall
Assist with snow removal as needed (sidewalks, salting)
Assist with trail maintenance as needed
Perform building maintenance as needed
Maintain list of preventative maintenance
Assist with one-time projects around the building like hanging shelves, building furniture, etc.

Work Schedule

Tuesday-Thursday (except in case of extra events, staff coverage, emergencies, funerals, etc.)
10 am - 5 pm
